Erica Way Social Worker of the Month for July 2025

CONGRATULATIONS Erica Way!  It is our pleasure to recognize Erica Way, Case Manager with Sumter County DSS!  Thank you, Erica, for outstanding service to children and families!

One family said, “Erica is a new to DSS and also a new caseworker for our case. She has come in and done such an incredible job. She is always very clear in her communication and easy to get in touch with. It’s very easy to see that she is such a genuine person and cares deeply about the kids in care! I think she would be so very deserving of this award to recognize the good and hard work she is doing!”
