Established in 2022 by Terry Watkins in loving memory of his wife of 52 years, the Charlotte Watkins Memorial Scholarship helps students at Horry-Georgetown Technical College who are currently or were formerly in foster care. Charlotte devoted 38 years of her life to public education, and this endowed scholarship continues her legacy by helping young people pursue their education and build a brighter future.

Hidden Treasures donates a portion of its proceeds to the SCFPA’s On the Road Again program, which provides donated cars to foster care youth.
