“Caribbean Busby is an amazing caseworker. She has a large caseload, but always manages to make me feel like I am a special, important part of my foster child’s care. Her warm demeanor helps the children in my care feel safe. She is very approachable, respectful and kind. I know if I ever need anything, she will be there for me. How she manages to do this while working long hours is beyond me. I can’t think of anyone who deserves a pat on the back, high-five or “Job well done!” more than Caribbean Busby.”
