April Rabon Owens
February 2019

CONGRATULATIONS April! It is our pleasure to recognize April Owens, with the Region 4 Foster Family Licensing and Support Unit. Thank you, April, for outstanding service to children and families!

April is dedicated to her job and the families in her region. Her families have stated, “April is on call even when she isn’t and she is always available to answer any question we may have. If she does not know the answer, she will find it!”

April takes the time to build relationships with families Region 4. She truly cares about the children in care and takes the time to get to know them. She attends parties, monthly meetings, foster care functions, adoptions, and recruitment events.

“April goes above and beyond in everything she does and DSS, foster families and children are fortunate to have her.”

Congratulations, April! It is our privilege to honor you as Caseworker of the Month!

CONGRATULATIONS Madeline! It is our pleasure to recognize Madeline Jenkins, with Midlands DSS. Thank you, Madeline, for outstanding service to children and families!
