CONGRATULATIONS Tamiko!  It is our pleasure to recognize Tamiko Hazel with Berkeley County DSS!  Thank you, Tamiko, for outstanding service to children and families!

Tamiko is an outstanding Case Manager according to the families she serves.

One family had this to say, “Tamiko is absolutely on top of everything. She gives 110% and you can tell she has a passion for her career field and will be a blessing to the children under her watch.”

“Tamiko’s transparency and openness has not only transformed my views of fostering, but it has also given the child in our home faith in a system she had come to believe was broken.”

“Tamiko’s ability to connect, inform and instill faith are an asset to the SC Department of Social Services and children in need.”

Tamiko, it is our privilege and honor to celebrate you as Social Worker of the Month. Thank you for your passion and dedication to your job. Thank you for realizing it is more than a job – it is a lifestyle of service!
