How do these words pertain to the children on her caseload? Rhonda works tirelessly and gives unselfishly to ensure her children stay connected to siblings. She is always there for her children when they need her and helps guide them through difficult times; sometimes sternly, if necessary, but always lovingly and with true understanding. Since Rhonda is always approachable, the children respect her and feel safe knowing she is there for them.
