Kami Arledge September 2023

CONGRATULATIONS Kami!  It is our pleasure to recognize Kami Arledge with Upstate Adoptions as Social Worker of the Month. Thank you, Kami, for outstanding service to children and families!

Kami has been a bright spot in the lives of many families over the years. When asked what they felt made Kami stand out and why she was so special to them, families had no shortage of endearing comments. Here are a few…

“I never had any doubt that Kami would advocate for our kids and their needs.”

“Kami was always interested in how things were going and took a real interest in our family.”

“I’ve never had anyone work as hard to make sure we were heard. We felt like a real team!”

“She never seemed like this was a job for her. She truly cared.”

“She took what was a really intimidating process and almost made it fun!”

Kami, it is an honor to recognize you as Social Worker of the Month. We appreciate how you make families and children a priority and make them feel as if we are all on the same team! Thank you for all you do!
