Courtney Truesdale
October 2020

CONGRATULATIONS Courtney!  It is our pleasure to recognize Courtney Truesdale, Foster Care Case Manager with Richland County DSS!  Thank you, Courtney, for outstanding service to children and families!

There are a number of people who wanted to express their gratitude and weigh in on Courtney’s nomination. From one guardian ad litem to co-workers, those who have worked closely with Courtney could not stop raving about how great she is.

From one GAL, “I have worked with MANY case managers during my years and I can honestly say that I have never worked with another who is as caring about the children we serve and who is so graciously respectful of the guardian for that child. She has been the utmost professional and compassionate case manager I have ever worked with…I love them all, but I have to say Courtney is a Shining Star!”

From co-workers, “Courtney juggles multiple cases that require a ton of attention and efforts.”

“Courtney is open, honest and supportive of her children families and foster families.”

“In addition to Courtney’s amazing case manager skills, she doesn’t complain, she rarely asks for help and she is always supportive of her co-workers.”

Courtney, it is our privilege to celebrate you as Social Worker/Foster Care Case Manager of the Month. Thank you for being such a blessing to our children and foster families! (And your co-workers!)
