Lakeva Drayton-Mines July 2022

CONGRATULATIONS Lakeva!  It is our pleasure to recognize Lakeva Drayton-Mines with Richland County DSS!  Thank you, Lakeva, for outstanding service to children and families!

One family had this to say about Lakeva, “My husband and I were fostering our grandnephews, from February 2021 through June 2022. It was really a labor of love. That labor was lessened by the great work of Lakeva Drayton-Mines.”  The family continued, “First of all, Lakeva, takes her “calling” very seriously. But not only is she serious, she has a great personality and knows how to talk to people which results in the best possible outcome for each child. This care and concern was evidenced by what she did for my family.  She went above and beyond regarding the time and attention she took with each of my family members. She always made contact, responded to calls and concerns even though her workload seemed more than a person should have.” It is an honor to recognize you as Social Worker of the month, Lakeva! May the best interest of children always be your goal!
