“I’d like to nominate Gretchen Dalton, Greenville County. She was my foster child’s caseworker, however has now been promoted to a Supervisory position. This is my 19th foster child and Gretchen has been the best, long term caseworker I’ve worked with. She really cares about the children and goes out of her way to accommodate both foster and biological families. I don’t think there has ever been a time when she did not return a phone call or a text. Now, that in itself, is reason enough for her to be nominated!”
