Brittany Standridge
January 2017

CONGRATULATIONS Brittany! It is our pleasure to recognize Brittany Standridge, with Anderson County DSS. Thank you, Brittany, for outstanding service to children and families!

“Brittany is an exceptional foster care social worker. She strives to improve each day how she relates to co-workers and how she can be effective in helping her families. When informed of changes in procedures or additions to what is expected of her, instead of complaining or getting frustrated, she immediately begins to incorporate the changes into how she already performs her job. She believes in maintaining positive attitude about her work and communicating that positivity towards her coworkers. She does extremely well in stressful situations and she is willing to stay late to ensure her families are getting their best from her. In addition, she is the first to lend a hand to her coworkers by helping them understand something, helping them in learning how to manage their schedules, helping transport, supervise or see children. Her primary focus in all her activities at work is doing her best and making sure her children are safe in their foster homes or in their family homes.”
