Erin Doege-Merck Social Worker of the Month July 2024

CONGRATULATIONS Erin!! It is our pleasure to recognize Erin Doege-Merck, Case Manager with Anderson County DSS, as Social Worker of the Month.
Thank you, Erin, for your extraordinary service to our children and youth!

Erin is said to be the most caring, compassionate and hard-working foster care case manager there is. She fights for the children she serves and makes sure everything she fights for is in their best interest. The children/youth on her caseload are made to feel as if they are her only focus. Erin helps with last minute transports for appointments, makes sure things are going well at school for her kids and advocates for them in every way possible.

In addition, Erin has been known to go out of her way after hours and on weekends if a child who isn’t even on her caseload has a need with which she can assist. Wow, Erin! We are SO glad you have chosen to make the lives of children and youth a little brighter simply because they have you in their corner!

It is certainly our honor and privilege, Erin, to recognize you as July’s Social Worker of the Month!
