“Mrs. Shirley Singleton is a very caring and dedicated licensing worker for Charleston County Foster Care. She is the kind of worker that a foster parent can call and get help with anything that’s needed. She tirelessly strives to place children in need of home for the night or long term if that’s the need. Sometimes people say they have difficulty getting in contact with a licensing worker, but that’s not the case with Mrs. Singleton. She gives her families her business as well as her cellphone numbers and she returns their calls quickly. I can’t think of a better Licensing Worker of Charleston County Foster Care than Mrs. Singleton to be Worker of the Month.”
