Social Worker of the Month

SCFPA wants to recognize workers who are making a difference in the lives of children. Each worker selected will receive a $100 gift card and a Certificate of Recognition.

CONGRATULATIONS Maribel!  It is our pleasure to recognize Maribel Luna-Sanchez of Beaufort County DSS as Social Worker of the Month for June 2021.

One family had this to say, “Maribel Sanchez has made herself available to my family all hours of the day and night. I generally feel like she is concerned about the child’s well-being. She has assisted me in every way that we have requested to provide the best care for the child in our home. When we contact Maribel, she always has either an answer to a question or solution to a problem. Ranging from transportation to advice, we have shared laughter and tears and fears and she has truly supported us on this journey. We are very grateful for her help.”
