Social Worker of the Month

CONGRATULATIONS ERIC! It is our pleasure to recognize Eric McNair, Caseworker for York County IFCCS. Thank you, Eric, for outstanding service to children and families!

“Eric McNair is devoted to and works tireless hours for the 18 and older youth on his caseload. Eric’s hard work was especially evident during the month of June when 2 of the youth he works with were adopted as adults. Eric’s dedication to permanency and good communication with adoptions led to these successful outcomes for our youth. Eric gives a great deal to all the youth he works with and advocates for them on a daily basis. Eric is definitely a positive example to the youth on his caseload due to how much he genuinely cares for each one and ensures their needs are met. Way to go Eric for being a shining star!!”
