“I would like to nominate Dana Lyles-Hanna from the Spartanburg County office for Case Worker of the Month. Dana is a CPS Assessment worker “investigator” in the county that receives the most investigations in the state. I have had the privilege to do some work in Spartanburg over the past two months and to observe/review Dana’s work. Despite carrying a heavy load, Dana has worked diligently to achieve the timeliness goals associated with investigations. This alone is impressive enough considering her workload, but Dana stands out because she is a change agent. She models good case work practice for her newer teammates and she is a true leader. She not only makes a difference for the children and families she serves but also for the co-workers she leads and supports. Dana is much deserving of this recognition.”
