CONGRATULATIONS Christa! It is our pleasure to recognize Christa Carter, with Lancaster County DSS. Thank you, Christa, for outstanding service to children and families!

Christa has always had a passion of helping at-risk children and children that struggle to recover from trauma. She enjoys working and rebuilding her community and has enjoyed working with children in many different areas. As a foster care worker, Christa is always punctual and is very kind and caring when dealing with the children.
