Ashley Simmons is ‘one of a kind,’ according to those who nominated her for this recognition. They say her desire to communicate well with foster parents is unmatched. She returns calls, texts and emails in a timely fashion and is always a good listener when foster parents need someone to listen. Ashley never seems stressed and is always smiling and working hard to do the best job possible for the children we are serving. She is very genuine and when she has to work overtime due to unforeseen circumstances, her only goal is to ensure the children and families’ needs are met.
