Madeline Jenkins
February 2020

CONGRATULATIONS Madeline! It is our pleasure to recognize Madeline Jenkins, with Midlands DSS. Thank you, Madeline, for outstanding service to children and families!

Madeline Jenkins, started with a bang! Although new to SCDSS, Madeline has made huge positive impacts on the people she works with, and supports, as a Licensing Worker. She graduated from the University of South Carolina upstate, where she studied psychology and child advocacy. She knew without a doubt that working within the foster care system, would be a great fit for her passion for serving others. She works closely with foster families to maintain and support their efforts as they accept vulnerable kids into the home. The encouragement and organization that Madeline brings to the field is what will ultimately retain foster families through the years, which is of course, significant to the work that we are all trying to accomplish! Madeline’s loves outside of work are her Siamese cat and chocolate lab. She loves heading to the lake, learning new things, and spending time with her fiancé.
