Starla Fowler Social Worker of the Month for January 2025

CONGRATULATIONS Starla Fowler!  It is our pleasure to recognize Starla Fowler, Adoption Specialist with Upstate Adoptions!  Thank you, Starla, for outstanding service to children and families!

We’ve been told that Starla is a SUPERSTAR in the adoption office at Upstate Adoptions. She not only advocates for her kids, but she cares deeply for them and their well-being. Starla has an amazing optimistic and upbeat personality and is truly a ray of sunshine for everyone as she is sweet and kind and often goes out of her way to make the office fun with the goal of keeping morale up.

Starla, we appreciate you being a true champion for the children you serve! It is our honor to celebrate you as the SCFPA Social Worker of the Month!
